The carpet cleaning mad the house look like new!  Chip said he didn't know it was that "bad".  The guys dis a great job.

I wanted to take time to let you know how great it was to be able to work with Tab and Chris trying to accomplish the goal of removing dust and cleaning my mom's 70 year home which has lots of stuff. She just always resist having anyone come into the house. Texting and communicating with Tab was a pleasant experience as we both had to make time changes from our original plans. The actual appointment I had the first time had to be altered due to an emergency.

All of the guys working were so nice and wanted to please us. Was not an easy task with lots of old things. I was cleaning at the same time. I have always used SERVPRO in Columbia, where I live.

You have a great staff, and we look forward to cleaning with you again.

On  November 8th, I had SERVPRO of Orangeburg come and clean my carpet.  The two guys, Max and Michael, did a Super..Super job. They were promptly on time and my carpet looked great.  Since the new ownership, 2016, SERVPRO of Orangeburg has only gotten greater.  Will be using them again.

Recently had SERVPRO of Orangeburg come and clean several pieces of furniture after some remodeling in my home.  They did such a wonderful job.  Have other rooms that I going to get SERVPRO of Orangeburg to clean as well.  Great job!

My brother and I called SERVPRO of Orangeburg to get a quote for cleaning my father's home.  Has a date set up for next week.  Barbara called back and stated there was an opening today, so she sent the guy over.  The gentlemen were very hostpitable, very knowledgeable and very polite.  They gave us the quote and also talked with my father about everything.  They also informed us that SERVPRO of Orangeburg also cleans home.  So now we are going to get a quote for this as well.  Great group to work with.

Max and Nick of SERVPRO of Orangeburg did my carpets today.  The job was super perfect.  Very professional. Excellent job.  Has a spot that didn't want to come out. Nick took extra care to redo this area and the cleaned again...Spot Gone! Highly recommend SERVPRO of Orangeburg.

Barb was super to communicate with and the guys who came out were professional and efficient.  We had our carpets cleaned before moving in and they looked great! Then the movers came and tracked in and the carpets didn't look so great. We called for a touch up cleaning, fully expecting to have to pay again.  They wouldn't take any more money.  We were pleasantly surprised to say the least. They've won a customer for life!
